Teeth of the Dog Golf Association

The Teeth of the Dog Golf Association was created to provide our members with fun and competitive events while following a set of rules and regulations that applies to all. In the past few months we have been drifting away from our goals and starting today we will be enforcing our procedures without exceptions.

1-      To register for a tournament you will have to call the Golf Director’s Office at 809-523-8215 or email us at golf@ccampo.com.do . Registration will close at 3pm the day before the event which is usually Friday or when the tournament is sold out.

2-      By 5pm the day the registration closes, we will send an email with the pairings for the tournament.

3-      Registered players have the option to cancel without penalty up to 10am the day of the tournament which is usually Saturday.

4-      All players have to sign in the day of the event and pay the tournament fee.

5-      Registration will close 5 minutes before the shotgun and players not registered by that time will not be allowed to compete.

6-      Players registered who do not show or are late will be penalized and will have to pay the entry for the tournament he or she missed plus the fee for the next event he or she wants to play in.

7-      Each tournament round depending on the course will have a time limit. Scorecards will not be accepted after 4:20 on the Links, 4:30 on the Teeth and 4:45 on Dye Fore. All B groups on assigned tees will have a 10 minute grace period.

8-      TGA indexes are the only valid indexes for our tournaments. New members have to provide an index from another association or club when joining but TGA will allow only 75% of the assign handicap for the first two events.

9-      All up to date TGA members as of May 1 will receive one complimentary green fee on the Links and Dye Fore to be used by October 31, 2010

10-  The TGA reserves the right to terminate any membership.
